I didn’t start in fitness because it was easy — I got here the hard way. I used to be overweight. I know what it’s like to feel stuck, frustrated, and unsure where to begin. But over years of trial, error, and education, I learned what actually works.


Now, I help other people do the same.


I work with people in their 40s, 50s, and 60s to rebuild strength, restore energy, and take control of their health — without gimmicks, Instagram nonsense, or cookie-cutter plans. Everything I do is grounded in evidence, not trends. It’s the same system I used to change my own life — now adapted to yours.
