What services do you offer?

I offer personalised fitness and nutrition coaching designed to help you achieve your health and fitness goals. My services include tailored exercise plans, nutritional guidance, one-on-one coaching, group support, and access to an online coaching app.

Who can benefit from your programs?

My programs are ideal for anyone looking to improve their health and fitness, including those managing insulin-resistant conditions like diabetes and PCOS, individuals wanting to lose weight, improve energy levels, enhance sports performance, or break the cycle of yo-yo dieting.

Where are your coaching facilities located?

My coaching facilities are based at Lightwater Leisure Centre, Surrey. Please note that gym membership fees are not included in the program price and are payable directly to Lifestyle Fitness.

What is the PrimeFit program?

The PrimeFit program is a comprehensive fitness and nutrition plan that includes online learning, one-on-one coaching, recipe ideas, tailored exercise plans, and more. It comes in two main packages: PrimeFit 90 (a 90-day program) and PrimeFit 365 (a 12-month program).

What does the PrimeFit 365 package include?

The PrimeFit 365 package is a year-long program that includes weekly VIP health and lifestyle coaching, 96 personal training sessions, new healthy recipes every month, and continuous support and resources throughout the year.

What does the PrimeFit 90 package include?

The PrimeFit 90 package is a 90-day program that includes a personalised kickstart session, 24 personal training sessions, weekly one-on-one nutrition feedback, weekly live Q&A sessions, and access to an online app for progress tracking and educational content.

What are FlexFit memberships?

FlexFit memberships offer flexible fitness plans. Options include Lite (4 sessions/month), Core (8 sessions/month), Max (12 sessions/month), and Ultra (24 sessions/3 months). All plans include monthly recipe packs, coaching guides, and access to the online coaching app.

What payment methods do you accept?

I accept credit cards, debit cards, and direct debit payments. Payments are processed securely via GoCardless or Stripe. Cheques and cash are not accepted.

What is your cancellation policy?

Monthly memberships require a 7-day notice before the billing date, and 90-day memberships require a 14-day notice before the next billing date. Please confirm cancellations via email.

How can your program help with diabetes and PCOS?

My program includes tailored nutritional guidance and exercise plans specifically designed to help manage insulin resistance and improve overall health for individuals with diabetes and PCOS.

What if I have medical concerns?

During the initial kickstart session, we will discuss your current health status and any medical concerns. Where appropriate, we may require medical clearance from your GP before starting the program.

What kind of support will I receive?

You will receive one-on-one personal training sessions, weekly nutrition feedback, access to live Q&A sessions, and group support. Additionally, you will have access to a coaching app for tracking your progress and accessing educational content.

Do you offer online-only coaching?

Yes, I offer online-only coaching through the PrimeFit Online program.
