“Do I need to be fit to start?”

Absolutely not. PrimeFit is designed for people who want to get healthier, not compete. We start from where you are right now and build gradually — safely and sustainably.

“Is this just for weight loss?”

Not at all. While weight loss may be part of your goal, PrimeFit focuses on your whole health — strength, mobility, energy, confidence, and sustainable results. It’s not a six-pack bootcamp. It’s a smarter way to feel and function better, long-term.

“Is this suitable if I have a medical condition or injury?”

Yes — in most cases. The programme can be adapted for people managing conditions like joint pain, Type 2 diabetes, menopause symptoms, or past injuries. If you’re unsure, book a trial and we’ll talk it through first.

“Do you offer meal plans or tell me what to eat?”

No cookie-cutter plans here — instead, you’ll get nutrition guidance, recipe packs, and coaching support to help you build habits around the foods you actually like. If you’ve got dietary needs or restrictions, we’ll work with that too. Monthly recipe packs include sample meal plans and shopping lists.

“Where do sessions take place?”

Sessions are based in Lightwater, with full online support between sessions. You’ll also have access to your programme and tracking via a private coaching app.

“What if I’ve never enjoyed gyms or personal training before?”

Totally get it. PrimeFit is nothing like generic gym PT. You won’t be shouted at or made to feel uncomfortable. This is about you, your health, and a plan that fits your real life — not someone else’s idea of “fitness.”

“How do the online and in-person parts work together?”

Your in-person sessions are supported by a full coaching app, where you’ll find your programme, nutrition support, progress tracking, and weekly check-ins. You’ll have help between sessions too — not just while you’re with me in the gym.

“What’s the difference between Lite, Core, and Max?”

All plans include full access to the PrimeFit programme. The difference is in how many in-person sessions you want per month:

Lite = 4 sessions

Core = 8 sessions

Max = 12 sessions.

You’ll choose what fits your goals, budget, and lifestyle — and you can switch any time.

“Can I train with you if I travel a lot or miss sessions?”

Yes — your plan is designed to be flexible. We’ll work around your schedule, and if you travel or miss a week, your programme continues online. You’ll still have access to support, updates, and guidance through the app. You can also roll over any unused sessions to the next period for a maximum of one month.

“Can I change my plan later?”

Yes — you can upgrade or adjust your plan as your needs change. Just give a week’s notice before your next billing date.

Do I have to pay anything today?

If you decide to go ahead, you'll start your first month the day — with full access to coaching — and payments will continue monthly until you choose to cancel.
